Intercooler Clamp

Removed and reinstalled the FMIC, the driver side tube is really loose. Come to find out the clamps are one time use. Can I remove the metal clamp piece and put on a regular hose clamp instead?

I am really curious why you broke the one time use clamp just to take the stock ic out. This is not required.
