Spacers E90 LCI

What the best fir vs performance for E90 LCI and 18'' with rear ET37 and 8.5J wheels ?

any picture with same configuration (LCI !!!) I heard that 10mm is the best for rear ?

I'm on stock suspension and I did 20mm in the rear. I'm only running 225's though since they are winter tires. I would still think 15mm wouldn't be a problem.
