I solved mine by doing so. Swapped all vacuum lines first still had the issue, even with new turbos. Replaced the boost solenoids and no more wastegate issues for me.

I just replaced with new OEM Turbos and I did the pressure converter solenoids at same time.

Go figure that My new turbos rattle just as much if not more than my old Ones did.

Sometimes you can minimize the amount of rattle by adjusting the wastegate duty cycle at lower rpms.

That seemed to help with my older Turbos but I haven't had a chance to try that on my new ones yet.

So i've replaced my both solenoid by new part, and less rattle, and better acceleration after 4000 rpm .. (already just litte rattle on deceleration around 3100rpm but since more than 4 year i've got the car , she had already did that ? with news turbos, new vacumm line, pump, and stock like no stock so ???) no really issue to solve definitvely this.

but now no rattle before 3000rpm to 650 rpm and nothing on acceleration...

so good thing in my case

If one vacuum solenoid fails, what happens then ? Half power of vacuum to turbos? Or will it cause turbo to not boost at all ?

My car does not boost at all , I get max 0.4 psi and always the underboost code.
Checked my forge diverter valves , runs smoothly.
Wastegate operates fine with vacuum to it.

I also have my mind on the aquamist meth system , if some wiring there came loose and cause me problems. But I doubt it , car ran like a champ and then after filling gas , from 93 to 91 , my car stumbled and died , backfired ran like crap , when I had gotten home , I noticed the turbos was out , since then I havent seen boost.

Ive had some fuel too rich codes too.
