When you call the 800 number do they know how many times you have called in the past?

I call the 800 atleast once a day... when they pull up your account do you think they know how many times you have called?? i really don't care if they do or not... its my car and i spent alot of money on it and i'll call an many times as i want... but i was just wondering

LOL. Yeah, from ordered through production complete I definitely called the 800 number more than once a day on average. Who cares...

I have a feeling that they do keep track of your calls because often times I got the sense that the customer service rep already knew who I was and what I was going to ask.

just spoke to another person at the 800 number and she told me that when the car arrives in NJ and goes to the quality check center in NJ the car can make it to the dealership that day or the next day since everything is in NJ.... is this true?! glad im not living in North Dakota... for more then just the reason of buying a bmw of course haha

my friend (who just ordered one as well) went as far as to name the voice on the 800 line "Linda" sweet, sweet Linda...
