WillŽa DPF delete trigger limpmode?

Hello Guys!

I have to remove my DPF and drive to the workshop, who will do the remap and dpf delete! I got a pipe like this
http://i.ebayimg.com/t/BMW-E90-E91-E92-E93-E60-320D-STAINLESS-STEEL-EXHAUST-DPF-REMOVAL-PIPE-FLEXI-/00/s/MTAwMFg5OTA=/z/-wkAAMXQBg5Rsdq7/$T2eC16N,!zQE9s3srYVcBRsdq7tl6g~~60_57.JPG

Will the car go into limpmode when its fitted?

Why don't you drive with your DPF on and remove at the shop?

Sometimes I have a feeling folks in this forum try hard to find problems where they do not exist .
But it is just a feeling!

Or! Why not do the remap and DPF delete before changing the actual hardware?

Cause they only do remaps, and its a bit "unofficial" i you know what i mean

the reason i dont remove it after, is that im gonna have a rolling road remap, so i would like the engine to have optimal conditions for the best result. i think a clocked DPF wont tribute to good conditions

I have about 4 seconds turbolag, and its down on power!

Not sure about a limp mode, but a bunch of codes for sure. May be you will have to monitor those before your drive.

Sounds like you have other problems that need to be fixed before the remap/delete.

Yeah, the DPF was totally clocked. Tried to pour some DPFcleaner into i, and after a hour, not even a single drop ran thru. Blowed the fluid thru with my compressor, and a few drops went thru. Its was dead.

Hammered it out, and the car has never driven that nice, and no codes! There are no sensors after the dpf on my car. instant turbo pressure is just so nice!
