NEW DETAILS: lease takeover 2007 e90 aw extras cheap payment

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
wanted to repost as there is a new price and different setup.

2007 Alpine White 328i sedan
-Black leatherrette , xenons, sport, navi, heated power lumbar seats, silver trim, manual trans
car has 15k miles on it now and 30k remaining for 29 months (36 month 45k mile lease)
-buyout of 23k

Lease assumption options:

OPTION 1:
you get my oem strut, blacklines, bmw performance short shift kit, oem rear lip, full painted acs kit, and 19 inch (19x9 all around) ssr d5r's on nitto 555's w/ roughly 3k miles, assume my payment of 574 per month including tax. I'll pay the $450 transfer fee and not require a down payment.

OPTION 2:
I take all my extras off the car except for the ssr's (i sold the stock wheels) and you get the car for 525 (50 per month incentive) per month with no down payment and I'll pay the transfer fee.

OPTION 3:
You get either option 1 or option 2 with 19 staggered (19x8.5 and 19x9.5) CSL replicas on general exclaim tires with 95% tread left and I keep the SSR's

NOTES:
-Car is in absolutely perfect condition.

-Located in central jersey.

-I've only installed the sides and rear of the ACS kit as the front has some stone chipes that I planned on getting fixed prior to installation.

-SSR's need some elbow grease to bring the polished lip back to 100%. I damaged the clear coat on the lip with a rim cleaner. I've repaired to 80% condition. They look new from a few feet away but up close, they could use some more coats of aluminum polish. I frankly don't want to be bothered with it.

***Pic's of ACS kit installed will come tomorrow depending on weather

i'm probably going to throw the csl's on the car and try to get rid of that way. i have a strong feeling that they will make the car move a lot faster than the ssr's will.....

EDIT: no longer getting the cls's. ssrs will be swapped for another set of more conservative wheels. exploring a few options.

you sure you don't want to consider this one? i know you want the xi, but there was literally 2 days last year where the roads were covered in snow, at least where i live in jersey. and both of those days, i went to work in this car. didn't slow me down with rear wheel drive...
