Just wanted to report on this eBay seller: "albanyimports" and the transaction thus far. This is my first time dealing with this seller and it turned out to be a BMW dealer out of Albany, GA >>here<<. Well, I was in need of both repeater lamps/side markers since they just look way "past it" and a door lock actuator for my LR door that just crapped out on me. All brand new OEM parts for $130 and FREE shipping. Not bad considering the actuator alone goes for about $125 and up so I've seen. And then there's shipping costs. We've all got our favorite vendors/sellers/dealers and for small bits that we sometimes buy, hell, I still gawk at the shipping costs they want!

My contact was BMW of Albany's Parts Director Robin H. He seems like a stand up guy and actually gave me a better price than I'd expected. A win so far. He told me that he's only recently launched the ecommerce business since February and is making "huge steps" since then. Perhaps if you need some OEM parts like I did(Pffft, like we all do!) seek out Robin and maybe he can offer you a decent deal for them. You never know until you ask bros. My parts get put on the truck tomorrow and I should receive them sometime next week. I'll post again when I receive them and let you know how they arrived and how well they've been packaged for transit.
