PTF E40 no dp's. will I pass smog?
Don't want to switch maps and put on my factory air box. Fat chance of smog pass?

Your in Cali so you'll obviously fail the visual but passing the sniffer should not be a problem if you have factory DPs. Ethanol burns cleaner and your probably tuned leaner (not sure if that matters at the rpm range/test load of smog testing).
