straight pipe, big rasp at 2k rpm

The car sounds like a JDM VTEC between 2000-2500 rpm...
Mod:
cp-e ic
cp-e charge pipe
cp-e catless downpipe
DCI
Tial bov
M3 backbox
2ndary cat delete
JB4 map 1 in video

The car doesn't make any exhaust noise apart from 2000-2500 rpm range, and it was a very loud rasp, but after that, it's all induction noise only

Just feel annoying when I blip the throttle at downshift in everyday driving for a MT...it just doesn't sounds right for me for a bimmer...does anybody know what should I do to the exhaust or the backbox to make it sounds bit normal like this...

Thanks...

Garage List
Sounds like you need a couple resonators where the cats used to run.

Went through the same ordeal. Two Vibrant 1792s will fix the low end rasp. There's still a bit of rasp at the high end though.

Vibrant resonators will fix this. If I were you I'd get the ultra-quiet versions and install them where your mufflers used to be. Placing them there will take care of the low end rasp and high end rasp.
