Will 17x9 ET30 with 255/40/17 rub in the rear of a LCI E91 xdrive?

Hi All,

Looking at new rims to work with my current tires of 225/45/17 and 255/40/17.

Does anyone know/have experience with running these tires on

Front Rims: 17x9 ET30
Rear Rims: 17x9 ET30

I'm worried the rear 255/40/17 might rub when I weight up the car.

Thanks in advance,
Vut

Those sizes can work but it will look a little odd and cause understeer with 2 different tire sizes.

Will not rub. But the front will look stretched and the rear squared.

Thanks guys for the help on the no rubbing issue. Eventually I'll buy a new square set of tires.

But I just bought the OEM sized tires (the sizes are on the door label) without doing the proper research first and don't want to to throw away that money now.

Thanks again
