Can you put 19" Rims on a 335xi??

I am purchasing a 2008 335xi but there is no factory 19" rim option like the 335i ?!? Why the hell not? Can I put on a set of 19s aftermarket without screwing up the car? These things are all run by computers, so I don't want to f things up.
Any suggestions on this would be a big help!!! Thanks,,,

any wheel is okay, as long as they fit.
But if you are picky, you want to stay as close to the OVERALL diameter and weight as possible.

changing those characteristics will drastically change the dyanmics of the vehicle. This will lead to changed information to your vehicle computers.

All your traction, braking and acceleration, as well as wheel speeds are directly related to the feedback systems linked to traction control, ABS, active differential (if any).

increasing the wheel weight, the OVERALL diameter, will all have impacts on these things.
