Spring installation
Hey,
I'm planning to install H&R Sport spring on my E90 and I was wondering how much typically the labor cost is going to be. I called a shop earlier today and they told me it is going to be around $600. Are they trying to rip me off or that's about the price? Please help. Thanks. |

yes your ride will be bouncy... i had H&R sport springs and the ride wasn't THAT bad(very smooth on flat roads) but once you hit dips and little bumpsin the road, your car is really bouncy and loses control easily... i got some koni yellows and its perfect!
do it right the first time so you dont have to pay double for installation (like I did)... good luck

+1. What BMW guys deem normal for install is so much higher than what is charged to work on a Japanese car, lol.
For spring install, the max would be $250 for labor IMO. Realistically it should be around the $100-150 mark. |
