Noises after engine shutdown???
Can someone tell me what this noise is after engine shutdown??
Sounds like it's coming from the lower drivers side of engine. |

No sometimes there's only one groan, sometimes it's louder. There's no rhyme or reason why though. It's 2009 335i xdrive auto

It's actually doing it on start up as well now. Don't recall it doing it on start up earlier.

That's weird never heard that ever!. I assume your engine is running normal? You didn't mention anything weird going as far as the cars performance.

It's running fine, just horrible noise at start and shutdown.
