Included is the JB4 G5 ISO, USB cable, and BMS DCI with all the proper connectors.

All the pins are straight and it's updated to the latest firmware. The DCI itself has been on my car for only 3500 miles. One of the filters has an indentation where the battery wiring harness was on it. You can see it in the pic, though I don't think it's a big deal.

$465 (includes paypal fees and shipping with tracking)

I'd much prefer to sell local in the DFW area, but will ship if that comes first.
