Tell them to cover it, or you're getting a lawyer and will see them in court.
Fixed.

BMW NA havent told me the guy name that said i race but im sure they said that because i been bad mouthing the dealership on social media. and everything i said about them was true. I was thinking of selling the car as is and get another one or fix it. What do you guys think?
If you are still under warranty, then they need to prove that you have raced at the track. Fight them and get the motor covered. They have no ground to stand on if they are just going off what on guy said and there is no photo evidence or anything that can prove you did something to void your warranty. Try going to a different dealership that is more willing to work with you if the original dealership is horrible.

"Racing" does not constitute abuse... The car was built for performance. Fight it

Unless it's a manual and there was a "money shift" they need to show how you could have blown the motor.

Track days do not constitute abuse.
Did the car overheat?
Was there oil starvation?

Call the state attorney general.
They need to fix it or buy it back.

Do the swap...

Obviously you like the car... 5000 in mods. Why when you have 5K of mods available is a second thought about letting this go?

Whatever you did to blow the engine... do share... and don't do it again!

When i blew mine i got a 2010 motor with 19,500 for 6500 with everything just a drop in and i believe my buddy charged 2500 in labor total. So $9000 for me but i wanted a low mileage engine. You can definitly get it cheaper dude just look around. I had seriouse vanos issues for what its worth.

That's what I think.
With a DCT or AT you can't do a "money shift".

If someone tells me they have blown their engine with a MT, I immediately think "money shift".
