Wheel fitment question

I own a 2007 335xi sedan and I was looking to purchase a set if vmr's that have a measurement of 5x120 8.5x19 ET40 fronts and 10x19 ET25 rears. I understand this is a staggered set up and would need to acquire tires to make it a 1% running diameter but I was curious if I would run Into any problems regarding wheel width and offset. Car is in stock suspension but may go to lowering springs eventually. Thanks in advance

On my old xi I ran 19x9 et 22 235/35 and 19x10 et 22 275/30, shaved my fenders and never had an issue lowered on H&R coils with a 1 finger gap. I can put up pictures if you'd like!
