Does a cobb overide dme update

Hi sorry if this has been covered. I have an 07 with fbo and was running stage 2+aggressive, have had new oem turbos installed and they did the latest dme update at the same time. Running stage 2+ again and the car feels way more laggy.
Question: Does the Cobb over ride the parameters in the dme update that effects the lag?

Could be possible boost leak I guess

I am wondering the same thing. My car was already laggy because of the "bmw software rattle fix" and I was hoping the cob would get rid of it. I am stage 2+, and the lag is better, but not gone. My guess is it does not override the bmw software waste gate programing.

Yes, but does cobb rewrite the wastegate operating parameters (ie if bmw software is holding wastegate open, does cobb hold it closed)

You can rewrite it all you want under WG Pre-control A in ATR.
