Mortal Kombat X (absolutely can NOT wait!!!)

After looking at multiple trailers and hearing from Ed Boon himself, they are gonna take the epic franchise to incredible new heights with all sorts of amazing characters, style, and play!

but don't just take my word for it...

Yep, that's a female character that hitches a ride on the back of some evil Goliath!

my son almost cried when I told him he was going to have to wait for a whole year before it comes out...

right now he alternates from Mortal Kombat 9 Ultimate Edition and Injustice Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition...

both are awesome games - I like the special moves from Injustice better.....

Ya know if they can hold true to the games storyline and not get too Hollywood, it'll be good. It's a perfect movie concept. Injustice is such a bad as game. I'd like to see DC do a movie!

The first one (movie) was good for what it was, let's not talk about the sequel.

I'm more of a Tekken or Streetfighter guy, so I have a hard time keeping up with all of these Mortal Kombat games. The GF loves it though, she has injustice league AND MK vs DC.

MK9 Ultimate
Injustice Ultimate

I like them all, but I'd prefer Injustice if I had to pick....

in my dream, there will be a game where Scorpion can fight against Deadpool, Superman can fight against Ryu, Flash can fight against Captain America, Hulk can fight against Sagat, Chun Li can fight against Katana, Shao Khan can fight against M. Bison, Blanka can fight against Baraka and Iron Man can fight against Batman....

The attention to detail and fight mechanics look amazing, I can't wait!

I know it could potentially mess up the game, but I'd be interested in seeing moves that disable a limb or something for the rest of the round. For example, an arm break that would not allow the character to perform throws until the next round.
I just think it's a bit odd seeing your character get his skull cracked, chest and organs cut in half, and then shake it off and keep fighting like nothing.

Mortal Kombat 9 got me interested in the franchise again, and this looks a lot better.

he's only 7 so it made me proud to watch him "practicing" his combo moves with all the characters HAHA !!!
