Full integration with Idrive and Blueberry
http://bmw.ca/com/en/index_highend.html Whitby. BMW Canada announced today that all 2006 BMW models from September 2005 production equipped with BMW Assist (Bluetooth® technology) are now capable of full address book integration with the BlackBerry® 8700 Series™ from Research In Motion (RIM). The integration with BMW vehicles provides customers with the ability to pair their BlackBerry device with their BMW, download the address book and place calls through on-board vehicle controls or voice-activation. BMW is the first automaker to provide BlackBerry users the additional address book pairing capability and Canadian BMW owners become the first in the world to benefit from this functionality. |

I think the Treo 650 is supported fairly well. After pairing, you can place calls through the on-board controls or through voice-activation ("phone, dial 'name'"). The only thing I can see that isn't supported is the full contact database download, only the 70 Dial Pad numbers. I can understand this since I have over 5000 contacts in my contact database and it would probably take forever to download them all.

You can add the 7100g
Down south of the border in the States, the Blackberry 7100g with os 4.1 is fully compatible with E90s produced in Sept with CIP 20. I know cause mine works perfectly.
