What is a 2FC7 Code?

I got 2 codes this morning 2DED and 2FC7. The 2DED cleared but the 2FC7 wont clear. I can't find anything, all my searches turn up this code with other codes pointing to a specific problem. I just don't know how to troubleshoot this one.

My only guess would be something like the coolant pump since that runs when needed after the car is shut off. I'm just hopping someone has seen this is just knows what to look for.

2DED:
2DED Power management, standby current control
Error will not cause a warning light
EXPLANATION: The closed circuit current momentarily exceeds its threshold value when the TCU wakes up to perform the "Stolen Vehicle Recovery" function. This should not cause a discharged battery.
FIX: Take to dealer.

2FC7: Power Saver Mode 2 / Diagnosis DM-TL lower threshold pump current reaches.
