Seattle or Renton area: need help swapping rear spacers with front spacers

Easy enough to do but unfortunately I am in the middle of moving and don't have jacks or even the tools to take off my tires at the moment. My new rears rub with the current spacers so I need to swap them out with the front spacers.

I hate driving my car with it rubbing over every bump so I need to get this done asap. If anyone in the Seattle or Renton area is willing to help out/provide a place and tools for me to do this today, I would be forever grateful!
