Interesting, as I don't know anyone else or heard of anyone that has done the same to another 323i. You can try AA from US, think they are running a deal at the moment on their tune with the OBD2 tool. But they did advise me to get my car onto a dyno, and provide them with all the printouts and air/fuel readings and they would further customise my tune, as they do not have a complete N52B25 tune for us, as all US are N52B30, except for Canada where they do have the 323i.

But anywhere I have tried in Hong Kong, as soon as they hear my car is a 323i only and don't need any mods or work done, they didn't seem to want to give me some dyno time.....

One more interesting thing is ....Canada 323i is using N52B25 with 3 stage intake....thats why their 323i spec is 203ps.....not 191ps (HK's 323i)

i already put the 325i air fuel maps and loaded 325i tranny programme into my 323i.......seem 0-100km/hr spec is very close to 325i..

actually i wanna try my car onto a dyno test to get all the info....but no chances/money

Care to share the 325i tranny programme with me?

Dyno I think it's around $1500, but I think the problem is someone that is willing to let you have the time for our car, unless you have a 335i/M3 or a "super jap sports" car friend with you...:P

sure

325i tranny programme is inside winkfp

main reason i need to load this because 323i's shift point is 6500rpm(rev limit) when floor paddle.....
but 325i is 7000rpm(rev limit)

that's mean I mod the rev limit

if you need to load the 325i tranny programme(EGS), you also need to load the 325i ECU(DME) air fuel map

Hi!!

Nice to meet you! Actually, the 323i is very common in Hong Kong, but for modifying and searching overseas for reference its very limited, as it was only really official sold in Canada spec, Japan/Asia spec, and South Africa spec.

Anyway, its easy to see, above the intake hose just where the throttle body is, there should be a DISA valve unit, thats the one that should be there as standard with the 323i, the 2nd on that defines the 3 stage intake is the one under the intake branches, in between 3 and 4, you just need to look from above, between the 2 branches, and if there is another DISA valve unit, then you already have a 3 stage, if not, then you only have the 2 stage.

My guesses are that you will only have a 2 stage, as I have found that not many people have actually done this in Hong Kong, and actually not many have done it anywhere.....
