I have a 2008 BMW 335i convertible (e93) and after the rain I have no sound from the radio so I checked the amp in the trunk and saw that it was sitting in a puddle of water (stupid design for bmw to put the amp under the trunk mat and let water get in somehow) I am wondering if there`s anything I can do to fix this or if I need a new amp and if anyone knows where I can go to deal with this other then the dealer.

(I am located in the GTA area)

There is a lot of this happening now.
The dealer will want 1200 to 2000 to fix this.
You need to find out how the water got there or stayed there,
and fix that.
Clogged Drain lines or Seals are usually the issue.

Somtimes you can find a used amp or get the one you have fixed.
Three or 4 threads within the last 2 or 3 weeks with the same problem.

but source your leak first.
