El_captian I respect you wanting a fair price for your item however like scottycs said being the second owner plus a damaged item it has to be inline with market value...just my $.2

Thanks for your input curt. I do appreciate your offers however at this time id like to keep the price to around 395. Im in no rush to sell and will continue reducing the price by $30 every week or two until someone bites. I think this strategy is reasonable and allows me to recover maximum used value for the bov. I do understand your concern about the flange. It is only cosmetic and not even noticeable when installed. I'm hoping to find a buyer that wants to save over $100 on the cost of new and doesn't mind the flange cut.
