I've had this sub in my trunk for quite a while unfinished. I had some free time this weekend and couldn't commit to any of the projects on my list, so I came across this one and figured I might as well go for it now.

Before (sorry, not installed, obviously)


After painting and carpeting the baffle plate:


And installed.


The red is quite a bit deeper than the pictures would suggest, though it doesn't quite color-match the car (realized I didn't want to spend any of my can of automotive touchup on it, even though it'd be neat, too expensive and too much work).

It's a Boston SPG555. Unfortunately, it's not made anymore, boston got out of car audio. I'm a big fan, although the amp I've got has it pretty overpowered for an IB install so I sometimes worry about blowing it up.
