What's involved in a cic retrofit to e90 ? And rough cost if buying all parts second hand ?

It depends on what options are already in the car, and what setup you are looking to achieve.
Budget anywhere between £1k to £1.5k

Quite confident I can do this myself so will search ebay for second hand units
Doesn't look any hader than xenon retrofit I've done

I think it's more the coding side of things is tricky rather than physical swapping bits over.
