2008 335i with only about 54k miles, new battery, Max Perf. tires (rears are new). Car has always ran great with no major issues. This is a 2 door coupe, 6 speed manual, and built in July 2008 (forged internals not iron, upgraded wastegates not 2007 "rattlers"). This car has always been at the pinnacle of performance. My stock dyno was 291 rwhp and 304 rwtq. Now with mods it put down 406 rwhp and 462 rwtq on an OTS COBB E30 map. I special ordered this car to get the 6MT E92 in sparkling graphite metallic color with black interior and red leather upgrade on seats and door trim. Also has performance package (seats, steering wheel). Legal window tint of 32% every window except front, even on the moon/sun roof glass. I also had the injectors upgraded: two of the originals for a recall then I had them go ahead and do the other 4. I guess the new part number has improvements (more robust according to dealer?). Been running Redline 5W-30 which I change every 5k miles. Front deflectors (above front wheels) are painted to match the body.

Mods:

stock wheels, perfect condition... also forgestar F14 textured graphite with some road rash/damage (no balancing issues). You get both sets for however you want to use them. Both have their own set of TPMS sensors and tires on them.

AR Design 3" catless downpipes - ceramic coated (2000 degrees)
KW V1 coilovers
Vishnu dual cone intake. MS black scoops.
AMS FMIC (awesome "vortex" cast end tanks)
RR catch-can
Synapse BOV and aluminum charge pipe, black powder-coated
Vanguard catless dual 2.5" exhaust system
COBB AccessPort with OBD2 cable. Car is currently running E30 OTS map.
BMW authentic carbon fiber trunk lid spoiler (dealer installed).
StopTech brake upgrade kit (SS lines, fluid, pads, slotted rotors).

I believe that is everything. I have personally had this car up around 180+ mph a couple of times. Strong and stable. Just had a full alignment done at dealer about 2 months ago as well. Also, I still have almost all of the stock parts. I know I don't have the stock air intake box and I think that is it.

... A few more notes: Original owner, no food or smoking ever in car. Hand washed. Garage kept. Have both keys/FOBs and owners manual, etc. All service has always been at Tom Williams BMW (or myself). B'ham, AL general location. This is a great deal versus trying to build your own! Very fast and powerful car, with great supporting mods as well for handling/breaking.

Oh yeah... I actually have an M shift knob as well, instead of the stock "goose neck" (stock is in a box though). It is the weighted little round leather knob. Z4-M I think.

To answer a few questions...

- 2008 so upgraded wastegates (not the 2007 rattle traps)
- oil cooler on passenger side wheel well (another upgrade from most 2007)
- forged internals (they went to iron apparently around the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009)
- TWIN turbos, not the single with "twin scroll" N55 that came out around 2010 I believe

... so basically, this was one of the best builds ever released by BMW

Also, the tint is Formula 1 Pinnacle series with lifetime warranty http://www.formulaone.com/en/pinnacle.aspx 35% plus the natural 3% of stock comes out to right around 32% or the legal limit.
