DEAL IS DONE (Philly) WTT my M2 exhaust for OEM 335i exhaust

UPDATE TO THREAD

Thanks to the couple of guys that got in touch with me but the deal is done. I talked to the guys at VAC Motorsport to schedule my downpipe install for next week. I mentioned that i was looking for an OEM exhaust and they offered one up in exchange for my M2 Exhaust.

As stated...M2 performance exhaust used for approximately 3 years, mostly in NC so no road salt, I believe it to be in good shape. Exhaust has double wall 4" stainless tips powdercoated black.

You pay for swap or I'll help you do it if you have a place to wrench. I live in center city, have tools, but it's inconvenient to wrench on my street.

Alternately if anyone has an OEM 335i exhaust I'll take it off your hands...mine is sitting behind my buddy's house back in NC.

Link to video on cold start with OEM downpipes, shows tips.

Shoot me a PM if interested or just reply here.

sorry guys, i have gotten a couple PM's on the exhaust but forgot to follow this thread and have not checked for replies...here is the deal:

the M2 exhaust i want to swap for an OEM exhaust is on my car in Philly, i installed it in January 2012 when i lived in Raleigh, NC then moved here in February of 2013. since then i have put a whopping ~3,000 miles on my car because i ride my bike to work.

so, the exhaust was on my car for about 20K miles while i lived in Raleigh, i drove a lot for work, but has been sitting on my car barely moving for the last 18 months.

that's a tough question because some say it does and others don't. personally i don't think it drones. keep in mind that is comparing it to other exhausts i've had on other cars that drone so much it makes you feel like there is a bees nest in your head. i'm going to guess the people that say it drones are only accepting of a very low level of sound.

i like the way it sounds, the reason i'm getting rid of it is that i'm installing catless downpipes and i'm pretty sure those coupled with this exhaust will be louder than i prefer. the quick turb spool and power gains from the downpipes are much greater than any of the catback exhausts out there so that is the route i want to go.
