There was a guy using the 550i clutch who said he was over 600 ft lbs... looking for more detail on that as well since it's time for a new clutch and when I'm done with my mods I'll probably be in the low to mid 500's for whp/wtq.

Cool. Thx. I know the 550i was making 500 hp and bmw builds in a buffer. Our 300 hp cars get one that's good to 400-425 so I was interested in that too.

alot of tuned 550i's hit 560rwtq.

I think you should be a pioneer and see if the new F8X M3/M4 flywheel and twin clutch fit!

M4 clutch felt great. Need to see how it works out if the 550i clutch ever fails. It holds well so far and is silent unlike aftermarket non OEM options.

That's my buddy running aftermarket turbos actually. I was in his car and he's been at that power level with the 550i clutch for nearly 40,000km now. Holding just fine. I think considering lots of 550i's make 550wtq+ and that car has nearly a 1000lbs on us means its good for us for even more power.

I imagine once my stockers get tired I will be going to some sort of hybrid supers or stg2+s or whatever it is. Then see if my 335is clutch holds. So far it has no issues at FBO levels mixing E85

That's my plan. S2+ VTT's with the IS clutch.
