Manual on MP3 CDs

A few months ago, someone had posted a fantastic 5 or so-page manual about creating MP3 CDs that have title and artist info, as well as tips for organizing your MP3s into multiple directories on the CD. I've been digging around on this site, but I can't seem to track it down. Anyone have a pointer?

I just created a mp3 cd using Nero. It showed the song's title and artist when i listened to it.
