Maybe we can get a list together of features we would like to see on the next mobile app update.

- post pictures from phone
- push notifications when message received or a new comment on your thread

The ability to edit quote text before making a post rather than having to first post with the entire quote (or nested quotes when quoting a post that itself quoted someone else) and then go back and edit it to remove what you don't want.

A compose PM button where you can just enter a person's name, as opposed to the current options of just replying to existing PMs or having to find a post that person made so you can tap their name to see the Send PM option. Sorry if this is already there, I can't find how to do it if it is.

The "Find more posts by" feature would be handy too, especially if we could get both "All posts by" and "Threads started by" when selecting a member.

And lastly, how can you remove certain forums from your My Forums list short of deleting and re-downloading the app? I tapped the star to add a forum to my list, but tapping it again doesn't remove it, and I don't see any other way to do that.

+1 on iPhone 5 optimization and creating pm's.

How about a search feature? Unless I haven't found it yet haha

I would like the notifications bar to see when someone replies to a comment or your thread, that would be awesome. And of course iphone 5 support

App needs an update really badly! Keeps lying to me and saying I don't have Internet connection... And search feature and starting pm's!!! And notifications bar and iPhone 5 compatibility... Then it would be perfect

Video's when enlarged retain pixel count of thumbnail (I.e quality sux). This is since iOS 6.

also sometimes when i rotate my phone to landscape mode then back to portrait the font is increased very large.

Hi, I'm new here but have the iPhone app, as I don't always have access to a pc, but unable to login stating username/password invalid, is there a fault with the app or do I need to post on the full forum or something to be able to use the app?

I'm resurrecting this because I just installed the final version of iOS 8.0 on my iPhone 5 and noticed that the new predictive text options above the keyboard now block the bottom line of text on the post window, so there's no way to see what you're typing there. The only workarounds are to add a couple of empty lines to the bottom of your post to keep your actual text visible or to disable the predictive keyboard, but those are kind of lame options.

I'm also going to guess that iPhone 6/6 Plus optimization won't be ready when the phones launch this week considering how long iPhone 5 optimization took.

Is there a place we can submit bug reports, feature requests, etc for the Bimmerpost iOS app? The iTunes Store page doesn't have any contact info, and most of the ideas suggested here have still not been implemented almost 2 years later.
