I transferred this to plywood, again lined this up on the bumper to make sure the shape was right and then cut out. A few bits more trimming on the trailing edge so it fit as planned, then line up and drill the mounting holes. All edges then sanded and rounded off, then sealed the wood so it would not be affected by damp. When that was dried, a couple of coats of black paint and job done This is my second, there first was way to flimsy and above 60mph would be shaking all over and start to crack. I have added an extra mounting point which seems to have fixed this though. |

Bump.
Does nobody know where I can buy one of these aero lip splitters from then? I've had no luck with companies in the UK and even ones in US havenT been very responsive. I still only want the one from the first two pics at the the top of page 1. Cheers |

That would be so helpful. It does need to be the same sort of shape as the 1st two pics on this thread buddy. I've seen plenty when it's follows the shape and cuts and edges of the bumper but none that are curved along the outer edge like this one.
Please ask buddy I'd be really grateful - thank you. |

Not been on here much recently and only just seen these posts, sorry.
I never found a decent material/supplier to make them, so it never got past the plywood phase for me unfortunately. If I ever do I'll post up on here and if there is interest will see about making them to sell on. |
