a. does not have heated seats,
b. is "accident-free", and
c. is immediately available in Fort Lauderdale.

If private sale is not made by November 16, I intend to sell the car to CarMax or local dealership. Similar cars at those locations are selling in $20,000 to $23,000, depending on options, mileage, etc.
