What should I do if after car services and you found out they fill water but not coolant to your car?
Or actually it wont hurt my car? |

You should drain it and fill with 50/50 mix of coolant and demineralised water.
100% tap water in your coolant lines will boil when the engine reaches operating temperature, causing bubbles and pressure that will not allow the coolant to flow as intended and therefore not cool your engine properly. 100% tap water can also freeze while your car is off if you live in sub-zero temperatures (unlikely in Australia). |
