It's under the inlet manifold, so if you're taking the manifold off to do the swirl flaps, it's an easy swap out. Follow the vacuum pipe from the EGR at the front right of the engine ( think the pipe is grey with a green stripe) you'll find the pressure converter. It has 3(?) vacuum pipes, an electrical contact and two mounting bolts from memory. The worst bit is getting the inlet manifold off. Good Luck!

Very time consuming.... and you have to be extremely careful / lucky not to drop the orange seals down your inlet ports when lifting the manifold off/putting it back on..... not a job for the faint hearted i'd say.

a bit of rtv / sealant works great on swirl flaps i found if you want to keep the flaps.
