Need advice : stage 2 concerns

Guys, just looking for some friendly insight to help put my mind at ease on some of my concerns

08 335xi , 43k , Giac stage 1 , intake, upgrades suspension. injectors and hpfp replaced.
Just changed plugs

Want to go with Giac stage 2 (I have the flash already so cost is not that much plus I like the tune)

Obviously I will purchase FMIC, DPs - w/dp fix, prob a CP (retain oem DVs)
All these mods purchasing from VRSF

Concerns that I've read online and in this forum :

Wastegate rattle after DP install

Seems like it's a huge pain in ass to dial in the DP fix correctly for emissions

I won't be able to eliminate codes w/ giac tune. (I do have a BT cable though)

Giac 2 is a moderate tune. Max boost is around 17/18 I read.

Obviously turbos are under warranty for 8 years so I have another 2 years. Just would hate them to fail in general. Even more so with all mods on

So long thread. Sorry. Any insight?
Other things to consider?
Everyone's car is different I know
Stop being a pussy and do it

Thanks

I'm not well versed on the giac n54 tunes. I know on the VAG tunes they are able to flash to eliminate catless codes. Is this not the case with the giac n54 tune?

The turbos are not under warranty for 8 years. It's the wastegates. If they rattle a lot sometimes BMW will replace the turbos with new ones but every one isn't that lucky.

Their flash does not eliminate codes due to DPs.

I can clear them but might be pain in arse to keep doing it every so often.

Maybe I'll just put a "smiley face" sticker over that part on the dash

Lol!
Trust if you love the giac tune stay with it. I have the tpms on in my car after 19s got used to it. Only time you need to worry is if you sell the car. By that time your car is probably back to stock. Btw your going to enjoy those mods. It's going to be a nice setup.

Really don't think id sell anytime soon. Paid off by next year and when turbos need replacing I'll get aftermarket (RBs) or something similar.

I feel like I won't be satisfied until I go stage 2 FBO. Then I'll relax until I want to get mtech bumpers. Hopefully by then I can pick them up cheap.

We are on d same boat. It's hard to get rid of this car with all the potential. And I'm looking to go fbo then mtech bumpers. I think I will be fine with stock turbos un till they give out.
