Need help with toe on E92 - specifically from those guys with aggressive setups
Hows it going bimmerpost,
If im posting this in the wrong area or there is a better area where i could be posting it please inform me, havent been in here too long. need help regarding the toe on my E92. im running a set of Rotiform TMB's on it, specs are 19x10 -2.7 camber with 235/35/19 19x11.5 -3.7 camber with 275/30/19 after aligning the car, i left camber set where i need it at and set my toe to zero. but my toe is giving me problem. I set the toe perfect but i feel as if the tires are still poking out in the rear too much (by where the bumper/quarter meet) which is causing my tire to eat away at my rear bumper. i know this setup can be done without rubbing by the bumper so disregard those comments. here are some pictures to help. Are the toes on these cars just set facing inward like that, or what it could it be? maybe the alignment machine? ive been told my multiple people rubbing a very similar/same setup and some even slightly lower who told me once they got their toe aligned they got rid of any rubbing there. so what can anybody recommend? here are pictures to go along with and for those who want to see it. Your setup is more aggressive than mine, but you should sand down that corner like i did (pics in the link below). With 0 toe that is the part that has the least clearance especially since your fenders were pulled a little.

Mine isn't as aggressive as yours (not even close) but I'm running a 295 tire and it's doing something similar. Toe is basically at 0 but it looks like it's pointing in just like yours. I stared at it for a long time and I think it's just the way the quarter is angled; the wheel is straight. Mine doesn't rub too much anymore, but it does hit right where yours does. Mine's wrapped as well so that's where I first noticed the tire was making contact, it chewed up the vinyl on the inside some.

What are your offsets on the wheels? Those are hella wide!!
Looks great man but for your issue I got nothing, I wouldn't add toe or you would be killing tires daily.
