Bulbs to match LED angel eyes for LCI E90

Hi everyone

I got round to fitting the Horizon LEDs angel eyes to my E90 LCI with halogens yesterday (which took me all day!)

I also changed the OEM headlight bulbs for Ring Xenon Ultima H7s.

Anyway, the angel eyes look great and are a vast improvement over the stock bulbs. I can't say the same for the ring xenons unfortunately. They look just the same as the OEM bulbs - yellow.

I was under the impression they gave off a white light and would match the new angel eyes but they don't

That being said, can anyone recommend an H7 bulb that will match the angel eyes?

Thanks

Out of interest, which lamps did you put in your angel eyes?

Any photos?

Will try and take some photos today, tried last night in the car park but the iphone 5 camera couldn't distinguish the detail of the halos.

I put these in my angel eyes http://www.horizonleds.co.uk/E90-E91...s-gold-edition

I doubt you'll ever get them to match, it's a different technology - I have the Philips Xtreme Vision +130% and they don't!

Haha maybe match is the wrong word, perhaps a bulb that at least goes with the white of the LED a little more than yellow does

You have to use a LED to get that white light no incandescent bulb on the planet will create a light that colour temp.

OP: I have Horizon LED AEs (LCI headlights on Pre-LCI car) and Philips Extreme H7 bulbs.

The Philips are slightly more yellow, but they're close. And to be honest I like the slight contrast. As always it's difficult to take pics but I've taken these to show you:

Just AEs:
