Help with Halogen Bulb codes

I just got the euro halogens and want to put in sylvana silverstar bulbs...

I believe the headlights, ie Highbeam AND Lowbeams are both H7's right? Lastly, right above the highbeam, there seams to be another little bulb... does anyone know what that bulb is for and what bulbcode it is?

Lastly, what's the difference between the Piaa Ultra white and Sylvania Silver star bulbs? I mean, both are about 4000k, and it's about the brand name and all that, but is there an actual quality diff? Piaa seems to cost over double the silverstar bulbs...

just switched out my lights w/ silverstars... they have a new silverstar series out -- it's called the silverstar ULTRA... but i didn't know how white they could possibly look, so i bought 2 sets of regular silverstar's w/ 4000k output.

They were pricey though... like 45$ for 2 bulbs... so around $90 to replace both high/low beams...

the little bulb on top of the high beam is a W5W bulb, same as the interior lights.
