Another vote for stock ride height.

Definitely stock. My car is stock suspension with 19" wheels and the front sits pretty high like the pic.

I have a 2011 328 xdrive m sport and it looks to sit a little higher in the front. Measure from the hub center to the fender lip. Mine measures almost exactly 15" from bottom of fender lip to the cross in the roundel on the wheel. What's yours measure?

At first glance looks lowered, looking back carefully at the tires and you can see a decent gap. I don't think anyone would lower it to have the gap that size afterwards. Bigger rims might change how it looks also

You might be right but even given that it looks lowered compared to 09 with similar rims. Plus it is not so much the gap as the rake, or rather the front gap. 09 and earlier very obvious front higher than rear. Maybe a LCI thing they did with fenders or something, or even lowered front strut bottom perch a tiny bit to get rid of the goofy stock 4x4/SUV rake appearance.

I just double checked on realoem.com and there are no different suspension parts for Msport Xdrive. Also some XI msport magazine reviews back that up. However there is a part # change on struts from mid 2010 on, might be interesting to compare pre- and post-change perch heights.
