Can this be fixed?

So i had just bought a 2009 E90 328i literally 5 days ago and when i went to my car after a study session with friends at Barnes and Nobles i found what looked like someone rear ended me at low speeds. Unfortunately they just left and left no contact info.

Is there anyway this can be fixed back to original or do i have to replace the whole bumper? Also if i have to replace the whole bumper how much would it cost to get install and buy the bumper?

It looks big in the pictures but its around an inch big.

Thanks!

There's a possibility, but depends on how good your local body shops are at repairs.

Yes i think it can be, it will cost a lot to repair and paint, might just be worth it to get the mtech rear and painted.

it can be fix is not as bad it looks and no it would not be cheaper "getting a new bumper" lol it seems that "replace it with a new one" is the dilemma on this forum.
