Go Green! 328i GruppeM intake

Just did my annual cone intake change. I don't care about cleaning it and reusing it. Knowing myself, I'll just destroy it. Whoever wants 2 of my old ones LMK.
From K&N to Green Filter, I like it because there are no oils. Judging from the years of oil based filters, there's some accumulation but it's thick and hard but it's clean past that area.
Upcoming dyno this, K&N (results from earlier this year 185 HP still with 2ndaries.
Later, this time Green without 2ndaries. Regardless of how much HP, I just want to see some #gains

looking at the filter I'd be surprised if it flows more than stock given the small surface area.

How much is that intake? Does your filter get dirty since it's not enclosed?

If you're lucky there should be one on the forums for $250-300. I think I got mine for $300 4 years ago. The real gruppeM intake is $1k. That's as dirty as it's gonna get after a year I guess. That's why I just get a new $50 a year.

WTF happened?
From Jan'14 to Oct'14, 10 HP decrease difference? It's the same set up kind of. Jan'14, magnaflow muffler with 2ndary cats still in, dual exhaust conversion, cold weather 60's outside temp, 19" wheels, about 23 lbs, dirty K&N filter cone intake.
Oct'14, no muffler, 2ndary cat delete, quad exhaust conversion but it's still the same exhaust direction as the dual, mid 70's outside temp, 18" wheels, about 18-19 lbs, brand new Green Filter USA cone intake.
Same mustang dyno. I'll be optimistic, at least I know what the low numbers are.
If any tuner (ESS/Active) were to look at my sheets. Can they play with it and make adjustments to my stock tune?

Still stock. I wanted to do it right and get my baselines first. Thinking of ESS tune, just a personal preference.

That's the problem. You're losing power because the removal of the secondaries and intake are probably throwing off your A/F ratio.
