Injector Adaptation values, anything to interpret?

Recently had my injectors checked by dealer due to decreasing gas mileage. They passed the test but What I noted was that 5x injectors had a negative value while only 1 had a positive?

Anything to see here or move along?

What test and values - zero-mass? If so, spec is +or- 60.
How many miles - carbon issue?

ISTA/P -> Injectors -> Zero Quantity Adaptatiton'

51k, no confirmed carbon but suspected. (EDIT, already had EGR cooler replaced for CBU 34k)
