Can OFT do battery registration

I will be getting a new battery soon and was wondering if my OFT "Battery Reset" option will do everything I need to replace with an AGM battery?

Yes but it cannot register if you go from LAB to AGM or change ah rating. It can onky reset for same spec batteries.

So if I already have a 90AH AGM and I buy a new 90AH AGM I will be ok? Even if I do not no OEM and get an exide?
