I have an e92 space gray and I'm unsure what's the best color match.
I'm thinking satin black or hyper black. What do you think?

We do have both colors in stock

I personally like Satin Black on Space grey, but both are a good option

i have a 2011 328i sedan with sport suspension. Would the 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 fit without rolling the fenders and without rubbing? I noticed a black sedan 3 pages back that had 275 on the back. But i have no idea if he had to roll the fenders or if they rub at all.

I'd suggest rolled fenders if it's on 275's, but depending on your ride height you might be able to get away with it
