I'd say it's far and away better than an HK system. (though the only HK system I've heard recently was in the F30 series)

HiFi is really lacking in bass dept. No, I don't listen to a lot of hip hop or anything like that, but subjectively it sounds like it rolls off badly below 40 Hz if not higher.
I have not heard an E9x with Logic 7 ("Top HiFi") so I can't comment. If you're really into audio whichever you get you will probably upgrade anyway so I don't see the HiFi as being a deal killer. I really want to get a trunk sub but just haven't gone and done it yet. |
