E90 TCU missing

Hi guys, I have a mulf2 unit in my car however when i purchased the car someone removed the TCU unit for some reason and there are loads of cables in the trunk, now i get the dreaded sos malfunction fault and no bluetooth is there any way i can by pass the tcu and make the bluetooth work and get rid of this soa error

By my limited knowledge should be able to code out the SOS function and use the Mulf2 for Bluetooth.

Do you know of any coders in the west midlands area? I am new to all this.. Could this be linked to the aux/ usb as i have a issue playing media through the aux/usb
