Having bought a set in the last few months, I would say that the price is fair. OP can easily sell the airbag alone for $400-450 and the rest for $300-450.

I don't think you are supposed to, as airbags are considered a hazardous material by overnight couriers. So if you put "airbag" in the description of the content, FedEx or UPS would tell you no. But if you put "steering wheel" . . . . you get the idea.

Probably similar rules to aerosol sprays- it would only be ground, not airmail.
