Unhappy 2007 335d sedan exhaust tips hanging low

Hiya guys. I've just purchased a 2007 335d e90 indvidual.

The exhaust tips seem to be hanging quite low compared to my old e92 335i.

I've looked under the car and nothing seems to be bent or damaged. There seems to be a couple of exhaust joiners close to the back box. Part number 3 below

Can I losen these to and just the exhaust back to the correct position and re tighten them?

Or is there something else I'm missing.

Both exhaust tips are equally low each side.

Can anyone help

Thanks

Rich

Item #8 is what holds the pipes up on both sides. There are another pair of these up close to differential. Those could be loose too.

I had to disconnect aft (2) and forward (2)[by the differential] to install a receiver hitch. Attached is a photo with all (4) loose. Obviously, this is with msport valence removed.

Thanks for that, it's just a matter of checking and manipulating the hangers then?
