I finally got my car to the track and was very satisfied. Mods are in signature. Car has 46K miles on the odometer. Jake@PTF put a ton of time and effort into my car to get it dialed in. He extracted as much safe power as possible and smoothed out my boost curve with a lot of PID trial and error. He also used throttle mapping to completely transform D mode with the Alpina trans flash so it up shifts later and is more eager to downshift.
It was 45 degrees out at the track in Atco, NJ. I did brake boost off the line. I shifted out of 2nd and 3rd around 6,500 RPM (auto with Alpina flash). I dumped a bottle of Lucas octane booster in my tank which was 3/4 full of Sunoco 93 octane. However, my tune is for 93 octane and I just wanted to ensure that I'd have 0 timing corrections. I was full weight - even had my 10" sub in the trunk and a car seat in the back seat! And with idling around before getting to the line my charge air temp was starting around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If you look at the log except for a momentary peek of 18 psi at the beginning of 3rd gear boost didn't really go over 17 psi. However timing is pretty aggressive for a 93 octane tune (imho). Car was extremely consistent running between 12.2 - 12.3 @ 112 - 113 mph. Time slip below. I spent many frustrating month's with ATR to try to get rid of the AT flat lines. Pretty sure it has to do with boost getting close to, or exceeding requested boost and actual load getting close to or exceeding requested load. Basically you need to request a much higher load than you can hit but use other tables to limit boost so you're actual boost stays in safe territory. There is also a load to torque limit table that if you manipulate it, you can under report torque to the DME so it doesn't hit any torque limiting thresholds.
At the end of the day I had pro tuning freaks do a custom map for me. They are able to way better results than I was and are probably doing so in a more elegant / more direct way. Worth every penny. They not only got rid of flatlines but got me more safe / consistent power and got the throttle map dialed in to my personal preference.

Not having crazy high charge air temps helped. Only 45 degrees out. But more importantly my map is for 93 octane and supposedly the lucas octane booster legitimately takes that up to 96 octane. Spark plugs replaced about 8K miles ago too. If I'm just running 93 octane on the streets I'll get occasional minor timing corrections but they're not bad at all.

Good to know you're running about the same combo. Obviously if I was pushing more boost timing would have to be scaled back a bit. From a power standpoint I think its a pretty optimal boost / timing combo and I'd rather not torture the turbos too bad if I get make up for a little less boost with more timing.

Any particular reason you run 11.2? Is it for a margin of safety or for more power or both? I was under the impression that with direct injection 12 was plenty and going into an afr in the 11's is too rich even with high boost.
